O6.1 To organise and manage the consortium activities including partner interactions, timescales, budgets and communication with the Commission, and any legal, IP or contractual issues.
O6.2 To ensure efficient communications (including file sharing) between the project team and the Commission.
O6.3 To monitor all aspects of data management to ensure compliance with EU requirements, including assessment of any IP or gender aspects.
O6.4 To ensure all project outputs meet the required quality standards and to manage risks throughout the project to ensure completion of the project objectives to time and cost
O6.5 To monitor and report all aspects relating to ethical compliance of project activities, including the welfare of aquatic life used within the research.
